Memorial Day

This Memorial Day was great and I think that each year will get just better as the girls get older. We started out by going to the Jenison Memorial Day parade. Grace and Ava had a great time. Ava’s favorites were the greyhound dogs and the fire trucks. Grace loved the airplanes and the buses. We went home and they took a nice long nap. When they woke up from their nap, we went to Nick’s parent’s house to have lunch. We ate and played outside for a few hours. After that, we went to my parent’s house for Grandma O’Keefe’s spaghetti. We ate and played outside until it was time for bed. We came home, gave them quick baths and then they went straight to bed. I’ll be surprised if they even wiggle at all tonight.

The Great Clips chicken came and stopped by Grace. She thought she was cool because he didn't go to any of the other kids.
Grabbing some candy.
Grace finally getting the hang of picking up the candy.

Grace is good at slurping spaghetti
What a goof, she was blowing air into the chips

Finally a picture of my mom. Either she is taking the picture or she makes me delete it.
Little Man
My Dad fell twice on this trike bike my mom has. He wanted to show everyone how to use it. Instead he flipped over the front and landed on his face and then when he was coming back to the driveway, he flipped backward. He is scraped up and says he is okay, but now he is limping. We will see if he is okay tomorrow.

  2. We got them from an outlet mall earlier in the year. I actually find most of them at Meijer.
